OUR IMMIGRATION FORMS

Below is a list of USCIS forms for applications and petitions that ZONTLAW provides services and support for. We have our own forms, that are smarter, simpler to use, and have less questions on them, than the official USCIS forms outlined below. You can use our cutting edge software to fill out the immigration application or petition that you need, and at the end of the process, you will have a fully completed USCIS form to submit. Please keep in mind that other U.S. government agencies, such as DOS, ICE and CBP, also handle immigration related applications, and their forms are not included here. Please go the official website to download all official USCIS Forms. All forms are available free of charge from the U.S. government.

File Quickly, Easily, and Successfully with Zontlaw!

Filing USCIS immigration processes can seem like a very scary process. Fortunately, with Zontlaw it doesn’t have to be! You will start by finding the form that you believe is appropriate for the immigration benefit that you are seeking. Or, if you know the general category of visa/benefit you are eligible for, but not the exact one, you can take one of our many online visa eligibility quizzes (available throughout our multiple pages). Once you have found the appropriate immigration benefit/application, our software will allow you to register for free in our secure online client portal. Once you register, you will be allowed to use our software to start filling out the necessary USCIS forms for the immigration benefit/application you are pursuing, for free. Except, you won’t be filling out the confusing official USCIS forms directly. No, you will be using our software system to fill out our unique immigration forms. We have our own forms, and each one corresponds to an official USCIS form. However, our forms are easy to understand, they provide plain language instructions to the applicant about what they need to enter (something USCIS consistently fails at), they provide real time feedback to the user (say if our software believes you entered something wrong), and they only get smarter as you go. Parts of the form will actually fill themselves out for you, based on information that you had already entered into our system. Best of all, in the end, all of the information you entered becomes a boring, but official, USCIS form that you can submit to the authorities. Seems like magic, doesn’t it? However, this is anything but magic. Here at Zontlaw, we have worked incredibly hard to bring this technology to you, and we continue to do so to make sure that everything stays up to date, correct, and easy for our clients to use. In the end, you will have the official USCIS forms you need, without ever having to fill one out directly. Also, our attorneys will be in touch with you every step of the way. They will consult with you, to make sure that you are actually filling out the appropriate forms; that you are indeed likely eligible for what you’re applying for, and that this is indeed the best immigration benefit/application for you. They will also review your forms before you submit them to make sure that everything is filled out correctly, and complies with USCIS standards for submission. They will let you know about any problems they see. They will also provide you with a list of supporting documentation you will need to submit along with your completed forms, and examples of what that documentation should look like. They will even review that supporting documentation and provide feedback on it, for an added fee.   Below is a full list of the USCIS forms that our system supports. We have two legal services:

(1) the Attorney Application Review Service (the less expensive option); and,

(2) Full Attorney Representation (traditional start to finish legal representation).

Please note that the Attorney Application Review Service, is what we have briefly described above. Generally, any of the forms listed and described below, are available to our clients for this service. However, depending on the complexity of your given case, and your specific facts, it is our attorneys’ job to let you know if they feel that Full Attorney Representation is more appropriate; or the only option for your case. Either way, Zontlaw has you covered! It’s our job to get this right, and we are very good at it.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

She was perfect! It was such a luck to have Julia Greenberg referred to me by my acquaintance. She is the most caring and helpful attorney I have ever worked with. She is very professional and knowledgeable in the immigration law, and she gave me great advice! I appreciate most that she is always available by phone or returns missed calls shortly – this is something that many attorneys in NYC do not do or have their assistants do who never give the correct answer. I approached Julia to help me prepare for my citizenship interview since I had, frankly speaking, not an easy case, and she did the best  job I could expect. I could not imagine how my interview would have gone without her; her support was significant! If I ever have a question about any immigration matter I would definitely ask Julia for help again. Awesome

Julia is very professional, competent and knows how to get the best deal for her clients. What we appreciated about her service was that she always answered our calls or got back to us in a very short amount of time. We had a very stressful issue with the officer but Julia was able resolve it and have our case successfully processed the same day. We could have not done it without her. She is a smart lawyer and a great negotiator with a wonderful personality. Hire Julia Greenberg if you want to get a real result!
